DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY IN ONE DAY (LEVEL ONE)
1 Day WORKSHOP
(10.am-5.pm)
David Game College
£175
This is the most intensive one-day course available for Digital Photography, aimed at amateurs at a real beginner or novice level. Classes are limited to 8 people, all of whom receive individual training in the full use of their digital camera, and a range of techniques to bring them to a much more competent level by the end of the day. You'll also benefit from fun and informative camera and lighting exposure tests that you're unlikely to find anywhere else, even in a book.
The workshop is held by James Bartholomew at David Game College on Saturdays (once a month) between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and covers a wide range of image making skills within this time. Students are set a series of supervised assignments for developing both skill and vision, and leave with a dozen informative handouts to remember the work they've done, and help themmake the next steps in skilled picture making.
Whether you're interested in becoming a professional photographer or just taking better ‘snapshots', this workshop gives you much more confidence with taking pictures, and enables you to develop directions you want to go with creating original images.
This is an exciting opportunity to be trained by leading professional James Bartholomew in both a truly fun and also intensive educational setting. The harder you try (and the better your sense of humour), the more you can achieve in a day!
NB:
You can attend this class either with a DLSR or a compact camera. BUT:, it isn't suitable to use a very basic compact that doesn't show exposure settings, i.e shutter speeds, aperture or ISO numbers. If in doubt, phone James (07973 214 411) with the model of your camera.
